This is one moreish square of chocolate. Here you have a rich dark chocolate with notes of raisins and plums, studded with juicy raisins and freshly roasted hazelnuts with their soft round flavour.
It is crafted in small batches ‘bean to bar’ from a remarkable Single Estate Piura criollo bean from Chulucanas in Peru. this bean holds a special place in my heart, not just because Peru was the first south American country i visited but because it quite simply makes wonderful chocolate.

Dark Chocolate with hazelnuts and raisins – contains cocoa solids 70% minimum.
Ingredients: cocoa mass, raw cane sugar, raisins 15% (raisins, sunflower oil), hazelnuts 10%, cocoa butter.
